Simply request key documents like occupation restrictions, occupational releases, and insurance forms when you need them. Our founders bring more than 40 years of combined hands-on experience in the medical field. In fact, Dr. Rafer Leach and Nils Foley still practice hands-on medicine after founding Guardian Medical. Both have expertise in emergency medicine and trauma, urgent care medicine, and anesthesiology/pain management.
